1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using an AzharDev product, website, application, API or related service (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant Service. Some Services may have additional terms, store conditions or enterprise agreements that take precedence for the subject they cover.
2. Services and availability
We may offer free, paid, beta, online and offline software. Features, eligibility, supported platforms and availability can vary by product and version. Online Services may require a working internet connection, supported device and account. We may update or discontinue features subject to applicable law and any commitments in a paid agreement. Beta functionality can change without notice.
3. Lawful use
Use the Services only for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not infringe another person's rights; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with other users; abuse rate limits; exploit vulnerabilities without authorization; or reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute proprietary components in violation of applicable law and license terms. Review the Acceptable Use Policy for additional details.
4. User accounts and content
Where accounts are offered, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account unless the law requires otherwise. You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You authorize processing of that content only as reasonably needed to operate the relevant Service under its product-specific terms and privacy disclosures. You must have sufficient rights to submit the content.
5. Fees, purchases and renewals
If a Service requires payment, the applicable price, taxes, billing interval, auto-renewal rules and cancellation method should be disclosed before purchase. Purchases through Google Play, Apple App Store or another merchant may also be governed by that merchant's terms. No universal 14-day refund, lifetime license or automatic renewal arrangement is promised by this page; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the product's purchase terms.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in an open-source license or product-specific agreement, AzharDev and applicable licensors retain their intellectual property rights in the Services, brand assets and documentation. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use a Service in accordance with its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of software or trademarks.
7. Third-party services
Some features may link to or integrate with other providers, platforms, datasets or services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their products. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for matters outside our control, subject to applicable consumer law.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by applicable law, free and experimental Services are offered on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We do not exclude any statutory warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. See Disclaimers for additional context.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for remote or unforeseeable indirect losses arising from use of free Services. This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, liabilities that cannot legally be limited, or rights granted by mandatory consumer protection law. Any additional, lawful limits for a paid product must be stated in that product's specific agreement.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to an online Service when reasonably necessary to address security risks, policy violations or legal requirements. Where feasible and appropriate, notice or an opportunity to appeal may be provided. You may stop using a Service, and account deletion options depend on the particular product.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory local consumer protections and rules that cannot be waived. For disputes, use the product's published support contact first so the issue can be reviewed. The competent forum and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law, not by an automatic waiver of statutory rights.
12. Updates and contact
These Terms may be revised to reflect legal or Service changes. Continued use after effective notice of a material change may constitute acceptance where the law permits. Use the official contact route provided by the relevant product or azhardev.in for questions. The revision date is shown above.
