Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AzharDev products may handle information. Product-specific disclosures take precedence when a product has different features.

All policies

1. Scope and responsibility

This Privacy Policy covers the AzharDev legal website and products that link to it. AzharDev is the developer/publisher name used for these projects. The responsible person or entity, applicable contact channels, and terms for a specific product may also be identified on that product's website, within the app, or in its official store listing. Products can differ substantially: an offline utility, connected game, and workforce tool do not process the same data.

2. Information that may be processed

Depending on the product and features you enable, information may include account and profile details, content you enter, app settings, diagnostic reports, device permissions, communications, subscription or transaction metadata, and support requests. For an offline-first product, some or all user content may remain locally on the device. For connected products, data needed for accounts, syncing, communication, security, or leaderboards may be sent to service infrastructure. No single blanket “zero data collection” statement is made across all products.

3. How information is used

When applicable, information may be used to provide requested features; save your preferences; maintain accounts, schedules or leaderboards; handle support; detect misuse; protect service availability; meet legal obligations; and process transactions through the relevant platform or payment provider. We do not intend to sell personal information. A product's specific functionality and disclosures should be consulted for precise processing details.

4. Device permissions

Mobile and desktop products may request access to capabilities such as camera, biometrics, notifications, storage, or connectivity only when relevant to their features. Permission availability and purpose depend on the product and platform. Operating-system settings generally let you revoke permissions, although doing so may prevent some functionality from working. Biometric authentication is normally performed by the operating system, but implementation must be checked for each shipped app.

5. Service providers and third parties

Some products may use infrastructure, analytics, crash diagnostics, payment services, authentication or other integrations. Only providers actually integrated into the relevant product should be treated as its subprocessors. Third-party websites, stores and payment processors have their own policies. Consult the Sub-processors page and product-level notices; do not assume every listed category is enabled in every app.

6. Retention, security and user choices

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the disclosed purposes, including lawful recordkeeping, troubleshooting, abuse prevention or user-requested services. Locally stored content typically remains until the product removes it, you delete it, or you uninstall it; behavior varies by platform and backup settings. Online products may offer account deletion or export channels. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed perfectly secure.

7. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or withdraw consent for certain personal data, and to seek grievance redressal. Submit a request using the contact method identified on the relevant product or official website. We may need limited information to verify that a request is genuine. Rights and response duties depend on applicable law and the nature of the product.

8. Children and international transfers

Products that are designed for children should provide additional age-appropriate notices and controls before collecting their information. Some third-party infrastructure may process information in other locations. Specific international transfers, safeguards and age restrictions depend on the actual product architecture and governing law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when products or legal requirements change. The date above indicates this page's latest text revision. For privacy matters, use the published support or privacy contact listed within the specific product, on its official store listing, or at azhardev.in. If a product-specific policy conflicts with this general policy, the more specific policy controls for that product.

Important: This is a general policy. For products with different data handling or purchase terms, the applicable product-specific notice or agreement controls. Policy wording must match the actual shipped product and applicable law.
