All policies

1. Intellectual property

Software, logos, written content and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and license law. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. Users must have lawful rights to content they submit or redistribute.

2. Copyright complaints

If you believe content associated with an AzharDev Service infringes your rights, contact the publisher using the official product support route or contact method at azhardev.in. Provide the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing URL or material, your contact information, a description of your rights, and a good-faith explanation of the alleged infringement.

3. Review and response

Valid complaints will be reviewed and action taken where warranted by law and applicable hosting or marketplace requirements. Incomplete notices may require clarification. Where appropriate and legally permitted, an affected user may be informed and offered a response process.

4. Legal framework

This policy is a general copyright reporting procedure. It does not claim appointment of a U.S. DMCA designated agent or compliance with any registration requirement unless separately completed and published. Applicable national laws and platform policies govern formal notice procedures.

Important: This is a general policy. For products with different data handling or purchase terms, the applicable product-specific notice or agreement controls. Policy wording must match the actual shipped product and applicable law.
