1. License grant
If a product is distributed under a proprietary license, you receive a personal, limited, revocable where legally permitted, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on supported devices for its intended purpose. Separate open-source notices and third-party licenses take precedence for their respective components.
2. Restrictions
Except where permitted by law or an applicable open-source license, do not redistribute paid binaries, circumvent license enforcement, impersonate the publisher, remove legal notices, or use a product to violate others' rights. Lawful interoperability, security research and statutory exceptions are preserved.
3. Updates, backups and compatibility
Software may receive security fixes, updates or feature changes. You are responsible for maintaining reasonable backups of user-managed data where the product offers that option. Availability of old releases, backward compatibility and updates is not guaranteed unless specifically promised.
4. App stores
Where software is downloaded through Google Play, Apple App Store or another distributor, their applicable distribution and billing rules may apply in addition to this EULA. Product support is offered through the publisher channels identified in the store listing.
5. Warranty and termination
The disclaimers and lawful limitations in the Terms & Conditions apply. The license terminates when you materially breach valid license requirements, subject to applicable law. Removing an app does not automatically erase data stored by external providers or platform backups.
